Bitget API Auto Import Instructions

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of setting up your Bitget account to import your trades in UltraTrader. This allows your previous and upcoming futures trades to be synced automatically at lightning speed.

Step 1: Menu > API keys

Sign in to your Bitget account and click on your profile icon located in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select “API keys”.

Step 2: Create API Key

Click on ‘Create API Key’, then choose ‘System Generated API Keys’ for the API type.

Step 3: Input Requirements

Enter “UltraTrader” or any other name of your liking for the API name. Type in a secure Passphrase. Ensure the permissions are set to ‘read-only’. For “Permission type”, check the “Name” checkbox as well.

Type the following IP Address in the “Bind IP addresses” box:

87.106.159.16

Step 4: Verify

Once done, you must confirm this step through an email and two-factor authentication (2FA) verification code. Hit “Send” to receive the email code, then enter your authentication code from your app. Once both codes have been entered, click “Confirm”.

Step 5: Copy The “API Key” and “API Secret”

After creating the API, a banner will appear displaying your “API Key” and “API Secret”. Make sure to copy these, as you’ll be needing them in UltraTrader shortly.

Step 5: Paste your credentials in UltraTrader

In UltraTrader, you’ll need to assign an Account Name for the connected account. This is for your personal reference and can be changed later if required.

Next, paste the copied “API Key” and “Secret Key” into their respective fields and enter your “Passphrase” as well. Once done, click on “Submit”. Congratulations! You have successfully linked your Bitget account with UltraTrader.

Now all your Bitget future trades will automatically be imported into UltraTrader, offering a seamless tracking experience. By integrating Bitget with UltraTrader, you can focus on refining your trading strategy while we take care of the administrative details. Happy trading!
